Business Development Coordinator

PepperPointe Partnerships is seeking a business development coordinator to join their team. This role works closely with senior leadership to support the company’s future growth. The business development coordinator role will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Helps support overall business development plan for organization, including supporting partner relations managers and chief strategy officer in planning, preparing and executing initiatives.
  • Manages business development pipeline and related databases and communication timelines, including supporting the management of all diligence activities.
  • Supports the creation of pitches and proposals and related collateral, including material for pitch meetings, and speaking engagements, events, sponsorships, and other communications.
  • Assists with copy / content for web, print, and PepperPointe’s social media platforms.
  • Conducts market research to identify new business development opportunities, and analyzing new market opportunities.
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships via email, phone, and in-person to support our partnership journey efforts.
  • Answers calls and establish follows-up meetings
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily to manage pipeline effectively
  • Present initial information and opportunities to interested parties
  • Creates business development and marketing plans to reach target audiences in support of the organizational goals and mission.
  • Provides support related to conferences, other events and doctor-related programs
  • Coordinates and arranges doctor-related events, meetings and appointments.
  • Providing effective administrative support.

Education and Experience:

Professionals in this field typically have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Three to five years of sales experience, primarily in the business sector and related directly to the medical or dental industry, is ideal. Prior experience in administering customer service and project management is also valuable.
